- We offer a 10% discount on contracts paid in full within 90 days of starting treatment.
- Do you require a down payment or full payment at time of service?
- No, we do not require payments before starting service.
- Does your office file insurance claims?
- We will file any insurance. Dr. Meyer is not a contracted provider with any dental insurance plan or discount service. All service is out-of-network.
- Are you a preferred insurance plan provider?
- No, we are not a provider under any preferred or discount dental plans. However, we will file and are accepted as out-of-network providers with most insurance carriers. Please confirm your carrier’s acceptance before beginning treatment.
